Setting up your Online Points Program

Following our informative consultation, design of your online incentive points program and planning we send you a Program Agreement document, to complete and sign.

You provide us with your logo and brand guidelines so we can set-up your customised fully hosted online points program.

We provide you with a customised URL e.g. http://yoursite.redballoon.com.au

Online Programs Step 4

You provide us with your participant data, group structures and permission levels that create a secure portal for your program.

Online Programs Step 5

Your nominated people can go online, login, allocate points to individuals or groups at any time and communicate with the participants using the communication tool.

Online Programs Step 6

We send you an invoice based on the points you have allocated for the month*.

* Includes hosting fees and other charges explained in you program acceptance document.
