Whether you want to entertain clients, reward a team or organise a traditional corporate team building event, our dedicated Team Events Coordinator can take a brief and plan the entire event for you. The majority of the RedBalloon range sold for individuals can be tailored for the team, so if you see something you like the sound of, all you have to do is ask.

Booking your corporate team event

	We send you a team event briefing form so that we can present you with options tailored to your budget, team size, duration and preferred theme.
	Following the brief, we present you with a selection of options handpicked to meet your objectives.
	You confirm dates and numbers and whether you require additional services (e.g. transport and catering) then pay a 50% deposit upfront to secure your date.
	The event is organised and you liaise with our corporate team events coordinator regarding the itinerary and any changes to the day prior to the event.
	We can even create and dispatch tailored personalised invitations to the corporate team event at an additional cost.
	Then print your tax invoice, 14 days to pay. * Set-up fees apply.
