The founder and CEO (Chief Experiences Officer) of RedBalloon Days, Naomi Simson is passionate about pleasure! Given that the average life has 27615 days she wonders how many are truly memorable, she has a big vision to changing gifting forever in Australia and New Zealand, backed by enthusiasm, energy and drive. Juggling her commitments as CEO of RedBalloon, the Entrepreneurs Organisation (Sydney Chapter) President 2007 - 2008 and mother of two, Naomi also inspires others regularly on the speaking circuit, writes a blog and has recently completed her first book ‘I want what she’s having’.

A member of the original cast of RedBalloon, which operated out of Naomi Simson’s front room, Jemma’s passion for experiences is unwavering.

Having spent 10 years in marketing and people development he joined RedBalloon For Corporate from the UK in 2007. James understands employee engagement and brand activation. Dave Berger is a Strategic Account Manager at RBD and comes from a background in, of all things, furniture retailing. He has been with RBD for almost 2 years and previously headed up the Products Team; developing (and trialing) new experiences. He is passionate about using experiential gifting as a business tool to drive loyalty from both your staff and your customers.

Sarah is the celebrations architect at RedBalloon Days aka the Corporate Operations Manager and takes on the responsibility for generating THE BUZZ and building excitement for your corporate reward and recognition programs. Designing special program launch packs, teaser campaigns, award challenges and custom events – Sarah’s dedicated to starting the conversation! Did we mention that Sarah inspired her own team-mates to compete in a conga line challenge, high ropes course and circus skills workshop to name a few…the possibilities are endless.
